What is Karma Yoga?
That is a great question. Karma yoga is action that is devoted to the expansion of Goodness in form. In simple terms, every Friday afternoon you can come down to Hawrelak park in Edmonton for free yoga in the sun (or shade if you prefer). We are going to breath deep, strengthen our bodies, calm our minds, and enjoy life. That's right, it's free, no strings attached, no hidden fees, no one will even try to sell you anything. Totally free! There is one small thing you can do though, bring a food donation for the Edmonton Food Bank.
